**Job Description:
We’re seeking a highly motivated and organised Manager/Assistant Manager to support Antai Asia-Pacific Center's daily operations. You will work closely with the Associate Director to provide administrative and marketing support for various projects, including the ASEAN MBA program, executive training programs, and large-scale events.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage the administrative and marketing support for the ASEAN MBA program, executive training programs, and large-scale events
- Handle data gathering, document production and compliance tasks, including CPE regulations, teacher registrations, Academic and Examination Board, annual returns, and EduTrust submissions
- Support marketing efforts, including the creation of promotional materials, managing social media channels, and organising events to increase program visibility and attract new participants
- Manage and maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems
- Coordinate and manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for the team
- Prepare and distribute internal and external communications, including meeting agendas, reports, and presentations
- Assist with budgeting and financial tracking for various projects
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum Bachelor's Degree, any field
- Minimum 2 years of related work experience preferred, but exceptional fresh graduates with relevant skills and qualifications will also be considered.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese to liaise with relevant counterparts
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Passionate about graduate education and committed to making a positive impact
- Singaporeans preferred
