**Specific Accountabilities for the Role**:

- Work close with the customers to drive key initiatives and scale planning for the operations in the APAC region for contracted business.
- Responsibilities include driving operational excellence through 5S, POP, continuous improvement initiatives and monthly performance reviews with client.
- Responsible to monitor productivity/scale within operations and facility, and work with local countries on optimizing processes and facilities for scalability to continuously support customer volume growth.
- Responsible for Regional alignment of processes across countries, and overall compilation and maintenance of SOPs.
- Overall driver for regional operations planning and special events control and reporting.
- Responsible to conduct audits in the country operations to ensure process and documentation compliance, and quality.
- Work very closely with the IT Account Management team country to implement capabilities to improve reporting capabilities as well as potential EDI improvements with client’s systems.
- Support implementation for new business projects. ROM (Logistics) is responsible to work with project management team to align on implementation schedules, driving operations process mapping. Working with the countries to provide the best solution and Tracking of CAR (Corrective Action Reports).

**Experience and Qualifications**:

- Solid and proven operational experience in CL: 10+ years
- Documented successful leadership experience
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, logistics and supply chain, or a related field; or professional certification such as MBA, PMP, Six Sigma, or Lean Certification is preferred.
