**Key Responsibilities**
- Work with various departments to execute purchases to meet their needs
- Review purchase requisitions to ensure compliance to corporate policies and internal guidelines
- Conversion of purchase requisitions to purchase order and follow through entire approval process till the issuance of purchase order
- Review of specifications / documents involving purchasing before submitting for Management approval and review specifications and consolidate/comply quotation / tender documentations
- Preparation of contract documents / agreements
- Negotiate with vendors / contractors to ensure “best value of money” buys are executed
- Maintain and update Contract Master List to ensure timely reminder to end user and timely renewal of all term contracts
- Arrange and assist in facilitating meetings and follow up for the department.
- Assist but not limited to the following:
? Monitoring progress of savings programs and tracking of savings for the department.

? Preparing Savings Progress / Cost Comparison Studies reports and presentations for the department.
- Analyze spend data to identify savings opportunities for the Group

**Requirements**:

- Min. Diploma /Degree in Supply Chain or any other related specialization
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in procurement function in Real Estate or Hospitality industry
- Familiar with full functions of the procurement process and is able to work independently
- Has strong experience in purchasing systems & automation (Not a must but will be an added advantage if familiar with Yardi and CPM)
- Has good communication skills and negotiation skills
- Able to work well with various stakeholders and execute tasks given independently
- Strong strategic procurement mindset to execute all tasks given
