- Manage the R&D team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure their professional development and productivity.
- Monitor project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful and timely project delivery.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify potential areas for research and development.
- Foster a culture of creativity, experimentation, and continuous learning within the R&D team.
- Stay informed about intellectual property regulations and ensure compliance with patent and copyright laws.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate, refine, and enhance existing blockchain solutions.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to assist in the resolution of complex technical issues.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in research and development, preferably in the blockchain or related technology field.
- Experience in managing R&D projects and teams.
- Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in blockchain development, such as Solidity or JavaScript.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
