SUMMARY

HANDLING SALES, SERVICE CALLS & GENERAL ENQUIRIES

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (To perform within this position successfully, the incumbent must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.)

2. Order entry & processing

3. Arrange delivery for customer/project orders

4. Helping dealers & Sales-staff to check on stock quantity, price, etc.

5. Keep track of product & spare parts balances, and place orders as

necessary

6. Provide support for sales staff and help prepare documents for:

- Quotation, Proforma Invoice, Letter of Warranty & Supplier

Purchase Order

7. Update dealers’ sales package

8. Update condo project sales quantity

9. Month-end checking on Transporter Tax invoice
- end stock-take - Year-end Finance Closure

11. Support all stock-taking exercises

12. Any ad-hoc or additional duties as tasked by reporting supervisor

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required and preferred for this position.)

Required Education & Experience:

- Diploma in any field.
- Fluent in English & Mandarin
- Knowledge of customer order processing

Preferred Education & Experience:

- Diploma in Engineering will be advantageous
- Fluency in dialects (i.e. Hokkien) will be advantageous.
- Experienced in the sales order processing (i.e. PO, PI, SO, SI & DO)

Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

- Customer-oriented service attitude & Approach
- Able to remain calm went dealing with all customers
- Familiar with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Words & Outlook
