**Job Description**:

- Report into APAC Change Management Lead to support the role out of globally aligned workplace strategy programs and implementation for key projects/ initiatives across the region
- Support APAC Change Management Lead to establish a process around workplace strategy and change management.
- Collaborate with regional real estate services, workplace strategy, capital projects teammates to ensure buy-in and successful delivery of projects.
- Coordinate transition of strategy to implementation teams, e.g. change management consultants appointed on local projects to provide support throughout end to end process.
- Maintain an active awareness and understanding of global workplace trends, innovations and opportunities.

**Qualifications**:

- Adapt global change management playbook to align with regional and cultural difference in executing a successful change management program.
- Understanding of occupancy, space planning and utilization data analysis a plus
- Strong communications skills, and able to distil complex information to highlight both benefits and challenges for decision-making. Does not shy away from difficult conversations.
- Capable of participating in discussions with internal clients on design and space use concepts
- Proficient with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Teams.
- 2 - 6 years relevant workplace strategy, change management, communications data reporting, and space planning management skills
- Change Management (CCMP, ATD, PROSCI) Certifications are advantageous.
