**The role**
- Responsible for building up specialized Engineering recruitment practice.
- Working closely with the manager to drive market penetration initiatives by formulating a structured business plan and developing market penetration strategies.
- Develop and maintain an exclusive relationship with your clients and drive lead generation initiatives.

- Commercially savvy and excellent communicator.
- Enjoys start-up culture and upfront with ideas / feedback.
- Driven and ability to work independently.
- Ability to work in a team in achieving the business goal as a group.
