**Procurement/ Purchasing Executive

**Job brief**
- We are looking for less than 2 years of experience as Procurement Executive to drive the company’s supply of products to our customers by helping the organization to offer an effective price of spares than competition.
- Procurement Executive responsibilities include strategizing to find cost-effective deals and suppliers & to discover the best ways to cut procurement expenses, so that the company can offer its services and spares at Lowest prices with world class service experience to the customers.
- Devising and using fruitful procurement and sourcing strategies, discovering profitable suppliers as per company requirements and initiating procurement partnerships.
- Negotiating with external vendors to secure advantageous terms to ensure the cost effectiveness of our company. Build and maintain good relationship with suppliers.
- Foresee alterations in the comparative negotiating ability of suppliers.
- Timely delivery of goods from suppliers as per approved terms internally.
**Requirements and skills**
- Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management or equivalent
- With 1-2 years’ experience in purchasing/ procurement experience preferably within marine/ shipping industry.
- Those without relevant industry experience, will be considered too.
- Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques as well as a dexterity in “reading” the market
- Talent in negotiations and networking
- Good knowledge of suppliers
- Aptitude in decision-making and working with numbers.
- Experience in collecting and analyzing data.
- Strong buying capabilities with ethical values.
