**Policy and Engagement Manager**

The specific duties include:

- Communicating and engaging with the organization leaders;
- Develop and implement effective communication strategies to expand the visibility of the work of the organization;
- Outreach to key internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the organization;
- Administration of departmental work, including internal meetings and meetings with external agencies;
- Taking of minutes of meetings; and
- Assist with coordinating responses to consultations by external stakeholders.

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Law / Legal Studies or equivalent is preferred;
- Experience in working in a Singapore law practice is preferred;
- Possess relevant experience in communicating and engaging with stakeholders;
- Meticulous and detail-oriented;
- Good command of the English language;
- Able to work independently and also as a team player;
- Able to manage multiple priorities and deliverables;
- Good administrative and organizational skills;
- Proficient in MS Office.
