**Admin & Customer Service Executive at Enrichment Center**

Computhink Kids is looking for an **Admin & Customer Service Executive** who **enjoys customer service and loves interacting with kids **to join our team.

You are an **outgoing person** who is **comfortable working with new technology and systems** and possess a _**can-do**_ **attitude to learn new skills**.

You will be responsible for **student administration**, **front-desk admin duties, front-facing customer service channels and digital marketing**.

Only Singaporeans/ PRs.

**Responsibilities**

3. **Managing Centre Operations** to ensure that the Centre is physically clean, well-organised and well-kept to ensure the best presentation and environment for customers, teachers and students.

4. **Design and Digital Marketing**:

- Identify new markets and marketing projects. Manage digital marketing presence such as Google, Facebook Ads, Instagram etc

**Requirements**:

- Minimum GCE A' Levels, Higher Nitec or Polytechnic Diploma.
- Good spoken and written English.
- Friendly and outgoing personality with a positive, can-do attitude
- Must enjoy interacting with children of age 7 to 16 and their parents.

**Working Hours**:
4 week-days and 1 weekend.
Monday to Friday: 10.00 am to 7.00 pm
Weekends: 9.00 am to 6.00 pm
