HICC PET Showroom is one of the largest pet showrooms in Singapore, located at #01-05/06 Marina One The Heart, Singapore 018935. You will lead one team member and report directly to the Singapore Marketing Director.

**Retail & Sales**:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the showroom, such as cleanliness, product display, receiving and arranging stock, inventory control, cashier duties, and end-of-day settlement.
- Sell our products, grooming membership cards, and party venue rental services to clients.
- Create a welcoming experience for showroom customers, deliver excellent customer service, and provide product education to pet owners.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.

**Event & Community Management**:

- Conceptualize, plan, and host monthly brand events and support weekly client-hosted events at the showroom.
- Handle venue rental requests and ensure smooth execution of events.
- Liaise with event partners, vendors, and pet influencers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to capture on-site photos and videos, and gather customer feedback and key learnings from events.

**Operations & Reporting**:

- Handle showroom administration such as parking ticket booking, answering customer or event partner inquiries, buying showroom items, etc.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports to update management on customer trends and showroom traffic.

**Groomer Management**:

- Coordinate the groomer's schedules and tasks. Work with the marketing team to support the groomer in making TikTok videos to promote the HICC PET products.

**Requirements**:

- Must have a passion for pets and be interested in developing a career in the pet industry.
- At least three years of experience in retail, marketing, sales, and event management.
- Ownership: Can work in a fast-paced startup environment; able to think outside the box.
- Proactive and Reactive: Can take initiative to get things done efficiently and effectively.
