To provide support to showroom consultant to manage daily routines and other operations of the showroom effectively.
- To provide support to manage sales and inventory of the showroom.
- To provide support to manage showroom stock, displays, security, safety and customer service.
- Assist in the marketing campaigns which includes managing the corporate events in the showroom.
- Create and develop training materials that meet the product training objectives.
- To conduct product training for staff on the products' features and technology (Home appliances).
- Conduct performance evaluations and develop training materials to better reach out to the staff and channel partners.
- Provide companies with classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences, and workshops.
- Work closely with all various departments (Marketing, Sales Team, etc) on any new product launch.
- To conduct hands-on demonstrations to staffs and end consumers at the showroom.
- Perform hands-on works and any other ad hoc duties personally when necessary such as cashiering, moving of stocks etc
- To assist in other ad hoc duties assigned

YOU HAVE:

- Min Diploma/Higher Nitec in Business Management
- Min 1 year of retail operations experiences in a similar capacity.
- Preferably in the home appliances industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities
- Able to work on Saturdays
