**Overview**:
The Head of Legal will be responsible for proactively managing and overseeing the legal risk profile and setting strategy for all legal areas in the Asia Pacific (APAC) business including commercial, regulatory，IP, and, business advisory matters, and will also be responsible for managing the entire APAC team, managing outside counsel, partnering with the business to enable sustainable business growth and implementing other legal processes.

This position will work in close partnership with business leaders to support business growth, and will play a critical leadership role in setting up and lead the Legal team.

**Experience**:

- He / She will have comprehensive knowledge and understanding of commercial contracting and working knowledge of data privacy, legal policy and Web3, and etc.
- Previous experience successfully counseling senior business leaders throughout the APAC & EMEA, as well as experience managing teams, outside counsel, and budget is preferred.
- Previous experience on working with online social company is highly preferred.
