Provide leadership, deriving processes, driving coordination and direct all aspects of operational activities to ensure projects are delivered in a timely manner, within budget and according to the specifications detailed in the contracts.

**Job Description**:
- Program Manager to drive and oversee subsea cable projects from inception to delivery at RFS Date.- Manage suppliers, vendors, partners, customers, and to be able to integrate the development and construction within the confines of permits and licensing parameters.- Ensuring the project is delivered within the specified budget and most importantly to track the contract variations.- Ensuring the technical aspects of the project are met and within specifications of the supply contract.- Ensuring the timely delivery of the project.- Be able to manage multiple fronts - customers, internal stakeholders and the project team members.- Ensure that Health, Environmental & Safety standards are adhered to contribute to overall business strategy- Be able to travel at short notice and travelling is part of the job requirement.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.- 5+ years program management experience, preferably on a global scale otherwise regional level.- Experience in delivering large cross functional international programs and driving milestones.- Submarine program management and/or technical experience as an operator in a leadership role.- Knowledge of Asia Pacific internet ecosystems, fiber optic networks, submarine cables- Experience driving and contributing to project playbooks, building schedules- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Experience interacting with senior executives and other management within a company and working across commercial, technical, domestic, and international arms of an organization- Strong organizational, multitasking, prioritization abilities, and an excellent attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to conceptualize, manage, and prioritize multiple projects.- Knowledge of and be familiar with the operation and deployment of optical transport systems.
