Job Description
- Track, manage and drive the resource management, change request management. Suggest process improvement (if applicable).
- Prepare resource reporting
- Facilitate meetings and prepare meeting minutes
- Facilitate ad-hoc PMO requests e.g. access card, facilities management, etc
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Comfortable with usage of IT systems to track resource assignments
- Able to work effectively both independently and in a team and possess strong multi-tasking skill
- Organized and meticulous
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Possess initiative and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills, ability to build key relationships with staff and stakeholders
