The Wellness Coach works closely with the principal physician and a multi-disciplinary care team to help clients improve their health and wellness, with a focus on fitness and nutritional assessment, education and appropriate evidence-based, personalised interventions. This involves both in-person and digital modalities, to support clients in achieving their health and fitness goals. The Health Coach will also develop and deliver client educational materials, workshops and programmes.

Individual to be involved in:
1. Monitoring client progress through regular sessions 2. Promote and sell programs, services, and products offered by the Centre and conduct walk through of the Centre’s facilities

3. Perform baseline physical/mental assessments and regular reviews to monitor the clients’ growth to our programmes

4. Conduct group exercise sessions, regular screnning sessions for individual clients

Competencies:
1. General understanding of mental wellness and prior experience in related fields

2. Excellent interpersonal, leadership and coordination abilities

3. Excellent attention to details and a people person

4. Experienced in providing mental and well-being coaching to clients with different goals
