We are seeking to recruit a **Facilities & EHS Manager**to join our Singapore team. This position with manage the sites Facilities Maintenance and Environmental, Heath and Safety programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory and driving operational excellence.

**The Role**
- To lead a small internal team while overseeing external maintenance and validation contractors, ensuring adherence to safety, efficiency, and regulatory standards.
- To collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations and Quality Assurance, to integrate best practices into daily operations.
- Represent the site in Facility and EHS audits, as well as global and local meetings, ensuring alignment with company-wide policies and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop and execute comprehensive preventive maintenance programs to enhance equipment reliability.
- Manage an on-call program to promptly address unexpected incidents
- Ensure that record keeping of all activities are compliant
- Ensure all incoming materials undergo a risk assessment and are onboarded in line with global processes.
- Proactively assess maintenance processes and procedures to identify efficiency gaps and enhancement opportunities
- Bachelor’s degree in EHS, Engineering, Occupational Health, or a related field.
- Certifications in NEBOSH or equivalent desirable.
- Proven experience in Facilities and or EHS management, preferably in a clinical trial, pharmaceutical, or healthcare setting.
- Management experience required.
- Experience managing regulatory compliance, risk assessments, and audits.
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of local and international EHS regulations
- Ability to develop and implement safety policies, conduct risk assessments, and oversee incident investigations.
- Expertise in facility maintenance, security, and emergency response planning
- Leadership skills to train staff, manage compliance programs, and coordinate with regulatory bodies.
