The Draftsperson is responsible for producing shop drawings according to the requirements given in the specifications.

A summary of the responsibilities of this position are, and not limited to, as follows:

- Prepare shop drawings for doors based on specifications, calculations and design intent for client’s approval
- Prepare detailed drawings using computer-aided programs to show elevation, plans, materials, and size
- Liaise with Joinery site supervisor on changes and update drawings accordingly
- Maintain drawings according to Company’s and Authorities’ standards
- Strict adherence to workplace safety and environmental regulations

- Able to understand good construction practices

**Qualifications and Education Requirements**
- Education: Degree in Architecture or equivalent from a recognized University
- Experience: At least 2 years relevant experience

**TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES**
- Able to produce clear drawings
- Awareness of requirements of relevant authorities, e.g., BCA, FSSD
