This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic design team as a Design Draftsperson. As a key member, you will be responsible for creating high-quality working drawings and shop drawings.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Create detailed drawings for tenders and submissions according to requirements and statutory regulations.
  • Plan and implement an effective monitoring system to ensure efficient design operations.
  • Perform site inspections to ensure quality checks and conformance to drawings.
  • Attend site meetings with clients and site personnel to discuss design specifications and drawings.

Requirements:
  • Minimum diploma in landscape architecture or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 5 years of experience in operating Revit (BIM), preferably in the landscape or architecture industry.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketch-Up, Photoshop, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Excellent team player with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
