**Project Management Consultant (Entry-level)**

5 day-work-week

Monday - Friday (9-6pm)

**Job details**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the team on recruitment and prepare training materials, PowerPoint slides & other external consultation related duties
- Liaise with secretaries on sales production figures for meetings and reviews. - Prepare reports/spreadsheet for meeting when required
- Handle accounts for direct group (reviews, events, co-sharing, purchased items & others).
- Liaising in correspondence with clients and manage the registration of training programs.
- Any other admin duties as assigned.

**Requirement**:

- Graduate of any discipline from Polytechnics/universities
- Articulate well, with excellent communication skills
- Motivated, driven and have a positive attitude
- Quick-minded, open to change, and achievement-oriented
- Resilient and able to adapt to a fast-moving and dynamic environment
- Only Singaporeans

**Salary**: Up to $4,200.00 per month
