**About our client**:Our client is a leading global engineering consultancy for large civil infrastructure projects.
- This role will be hired on a fixed-term contract for a large-scale water treatment plant project.

**About the role**:

- This will be a leadership role involved in all aspects of the wastewater treatment
- plant design and construction. The role entails providing leadership and direction to the whole consultancy team.
- The PM will be the main client-facing person and is expected to liaise and present to other government authorities and stakeholders.
- The consultancy scope includes, but is not limited to, a feasibility study, preliminary design, detailed
- design, procurement advice, construction supervision, and commissioning management). The
- individual is expected to manage the overall project progress and budget, foster good working
- relationship with the client, regularly inform the management board on project performance, meet KPIs assigned by the management board & etc.

**About you**:

- A Professional Engineer in Mechanical or Electrical / Chartered Engineer registered in Singapore with at least 10 years of relevant engineering experience preferably in water/wastewater project
- Good project and programme management skills
- Excellent written and oral communication Excellent interpersonal skills
