The MIS Research Group manages research operations for MIS globally. Its Research Writers work closely with credit analysts, focusing on specific coverage areas such as corporates, structured finance, public, project and infrastructure finance, sovereigns, or financial institutions.
- A relevant university degree, such as economics, business, finance, or journalism
- Experience in financial journalism or financial writing, reporting, and editing within a reputable news or research organisation
- Interest in and experience in handling the editorial production of podcasts and/or other digital assets, and potentially also hosting/moderating them, would be an advantage
- Strong writing skills, including headline-writing and copy-editing, are essential
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to adapt to in-house publishing programs.
- Ability to build strong professional relationships at all levels
- Ability to ensure ongoing self-development
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organised and efficient
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Work using own initiative and without close supervision
- Good written and verbal communication skills
