The regional team is based in Singapore, and the role will require you to work hand in hand with regional sales and country sales teams across Grab’s eight markets.
**Get to know the Role**:
As part of the GrabAds’ Direct Sales Organization, you will be responsible for overall productivity and effectiveness of GrabAds’ sales teams, partnering closely with multiple internal teams across Grab to drive enablement initiatives. This is a strategic role that requires you to drive continuous growth of enablement programs, especially with our Merchant Ads business, to ensure we are meeting the needs of the sales teams through building scalable frameworks, closely partnering with cross-functional teams, and making data-driven decisions. You will work closely with the Sales Enablement Senior Manager to set the vision for scaling new sales hire training, implementing ongoing education, and creatively executing.
This role is ideal for a self-starter who has demonstrated success operating in a fast-growing environment, dealing with ambiguity, and solving problems with limited oversight. Learn more below
**The day-to-day activities**:
- Support building and executing a vision that increases GrabAds’ sales excellence ( _identifying the learning needs and actively working to increase efficiency, expertise, and impact _).
- Scope and source and/or develop and build educational programs in onboarding, sales methodologies, sales/account management, and product.
- Manage business stakeholders and leaders in delivering projects to the team to drive business growth.
- Partner with internal teams such as Strategy, Merchant, Marketing, and Product to build and deliver content, collateral, etc.
- Support product launches by preparing and enabling the sales team to understand and sell our solutions.
- Work closely with Sales Enablement Senior Manager to determine KPIs and manage all programs to clear performance goals.
- Use data to develop a detailed analysis of the areas of improvement of the current enablement infrastructure and make suggestions to build improvement and implementation plans.
- Maintain a Resource Portal with content, tools & information and ensure that all information is easily & readily accessible at point of need.
**The must haves**:
- 5+ years Sales Enablement experience in an advertising technology, fast growth and/or media company setting.
- Past experience working directly with SMBs and multinational brands will be prioritized.
- Strong understanding of programmatic & auction-time bidding from the publisher side.
- A proven track record in building and rolling out successful training and development programs at scale.
- Extraordinary communication and presentation skills with the ability to transmit across different level stakeholders.
- A strong operational & PMO background who is inspired by data to make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to build, lead, and motivate teams to deliver results.
- Experience in a fast-paced dynamic environment and can balance setting strategic priorities with high-quality, tactical execution.
- A high threshold for navigating ambiguity and building effective solutions that scale.
