The primary role is to provide support to ULI Singapore on administration, customer service, financial, marketing and event coordination responsibilities. The list below provides the spectrum of activities which the talent can learn and develop skills for on the job and play an integral role in the business operations.

Administrative
- Administer meeting materials including writing and circulation of minutes, venue and presentation set-up, and scheduling coordination.
- Upkeep the membership database and generate reports for Executive Director review and analysis.
- Coordinate communication between ULI Singapore, Asia Pacific and Global Head Offices as part of program execution and delivery in Singapore.

Customer Service
- First local point of contact for ULI Singapore prospective members / members to render swift responses for general enquiries.

Financial
- Prepare monthly payment schedules and submit invoices to Head office for payment.
- Track and manage event budgets.
- Track and follow-up on outstanding payments owed or payable to.

Marketing
- Upkeep ULI Singapore website, in coordination with ULI Asia Pacific and Global Head offices communication campaigns, including uploading event articles and photos.
- Update online event calendars.
- Coordinate with ULI Asia Pacific on scheduling electronic direct mail marketing materials.

Event Coordination
- Assist with set-up and tasks related to the production and execution of events such as logistics, vendor. liaison, registration enquiries and processing, badging and AV support during event itself.
- Coordinate with event managers which could include Committee members.
