- Attend to general enquiries from external customers. - Monitor sales volume from the Customer Relationship Management system. - Liaise with internal departments to ensure sales orders are executed on time. - Administrative duties such as arranging courier and mailing services for the Sales Department. - Provide customer service by attending to visitors. - Any other ad-hoc job duties as assigned.

Skills & experience
- Currently pursuing NITEC/Higher NITEC/Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent. - Able to commit for 3-6 months. - Familiar with Microsoft Office. - Good communication skills to liaise with stakeholders. - Meticulous, detail-oriented, and good organisational skills.
