Are you our new and **experienced** **Assembly & Test Manager **in TechnipFMC, Singapore?

**Introduction to the Job**

**Key responsibilities**:

- Leader of the assembly team in Singapore in developing capabilities and competencies aligned to REMS & SI strategies to do better and outperform as a manufacturing hub.
- Deliver Assembly & Test (A&T) operation performance-focused to improve safety, robust processes, reduce product cost, and increase throughput.
- Active A&T participation, support, and process integration to the Hub by working closely with internal stakeholders (such as Planning, Manufacturing Engineering, Application Engineering, Tender Group, Quality Assurance, etc.)
- Review and introduce continuous improvements to A&T covering processes, lean concepts, and progressive & game-changing technologies which add significant value and return to the manufacturing hub
- Extend collaboration with government agencies and technical institutions to pilot/introduce cost-effective technological advances in A&T
- Network within the REMS Regional segment - to share knowledge, standardize, leverage, and transfer best practices
- Manage cost center to remain competitive and to meet operational & financial performance indicators.

**Job description**

Strategy
- Provide leadership and direction for the company to be best in class in A&T
- Learn and innovate techniques, technologies, and concepts in Industrialization to remain relevant and competitive in a sustainable manner

Execution
- Exceed all key performance indicators aligned to the business goals
- Analysis of monthly non-conformances and development programs and/or redesign processes to eliminate recurrence and sustain improve
- Develop and implement annual improvement plans to support business strategies and meet annual KPIs.
- Monitor progress and drive the team to meet and exceed KPIs.
- Influence and lead value stream interfaces to lean processes for faster turnaround. Supplier and customer relations include planning, engineering, manufacturing engineering, QA, etc.

Building Capabilities
- Lead team to explore new A&T techniques and technologies to gain market advantage
- Collaborate with industry experts and leverage government grants and incentives to reduce cost and increase throughput
- Develop a roadmap to becoming the Best in class A&T facility in the oil and gas sector

Safety
- Inspire, Intervene and Report safety observations during the period of work.
- Lead and collaborate with other functions regarding safety behavior and practices to direct and indirect team members and colleague.
- Be a role model and advocate for safety

**You are meant for this job if**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- 7 years in a Manufacturing and/or engineering environment, preferably in the Oil & Gas Industry. 3 years of working experience in assembly is an advantage
- Minimum 2 to 3 years managing a team of 50 people

Desired Qualifications:

- Demonstrated ability to justify and manage projects of technical, process-driven, and/or where consisting of multiple interfaces
- Strong strategic thinker with the ability to systematically deploy tactical plans which support the strategy
- Able to articulate strategic and tactical concepts to various internal stakeholders at different levels (Senior Management to Operations)
- Effective communicator, challenger of norms, champion of innovation, and be able to manage multiple and combinations of projects and execution expectations at any time
- Basic Finance knowledge
- Strong networks in Local and Global counterparts preferred
