Enforce 5S principles to maintain a disciplined environment according to company policies.
Optimize assembly line efficiency by facilitating worker access to tools, parts, and instructions.
Schedule shifts and delegate tasks to align with production demands.
Train new employees in safety protocols and company rules.
Monitor assembly line quality and take prompt corrective measures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance assembly processes.
Drive efficiency, reduce waste, and implement process improvements.
Compile comprehensive reports on productivity, quality, and claims.
Maintain equipment, arrange repairs, and manage assembly materials inventory.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or business administration.
5 years or more experience in machine assembly or production management role
Knowledge of drawing software(Solidworks, Unigraphics, etc) is added advantage
