Assembly Supervisor Job

This is a leadership role that oversees the assembly process, ensuring efficiency and quality. The supervisor coordinates with team members to meet productivity targets, monitors workmanship, and maintains a safe working environment.

  • To lead and direct a team of assembly workers in manufacturing processes, focusing on efficient production while maintaining high standards of quality.
  • To identify potential issues and implement corrective actions to prevent rework, reduce waste, and improve overall efficiency.
  • To develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement, resulting in increased productivity and cost savings.
  • To maintain accurate records of inventory, equipment maintenance, and personnel performance.

The ideal candidate has experience in project management, preferably in engineering or manufacturing environments, and can effectively communicate with various stakeholders, including customers.

  • A degree in Engineering or equivalent, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Three years of experience in project management, preferably in manufacturing or engineering environments.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
