GigaRider was born of the need to uplift the lives of gig workers, more specifically delivery riders on various platforms. Fuelled with this mission, we set out to build an ecosystem where delivery riders can get support and thrive as a community.

This will be done in phases starting with our rental operations which provide them with a key asset - affordable and reliable motorcycles. Soon, we will develop a seamless experience with all delivery riders in mind, on mobile and web platforms, driven by data yet not losing the human touch and sense of community.

We invite you to be a part of the GigaRider Team as our **Business Operations Executive / Manager **where we will entrust you to:

- Ensure all operations are carried out effectively and true to our mission
- Plan and implement strategic and operational objectives
- Continually improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
- Oversee the purchase of vehicles, accessories and necessary assets
- Ensure legal compliance on all operational transactions
- Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
- Recruit, train and supervise future staff and interns
- Innovate to increase quality of customer experience

This role is best suited for you if you have the following **skills and/or experiences**:

- Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role
- Knowledge of organisational effectiveness and operations management
- Experience budgeting and forecasting
- Familiarity with fleet management systems and business apps
- Excellent communication skills
- Leadership ability, values teamwork yet able to work independently
- Outstanding organisational skills
- Maintain and develop client relationships through an individual approach
- Prior sales experience would be an advantage
- Minimally a Class 2B License (Singapore)
