**About the role**

We are seeking an experienced **Application Specialist/Manager**to join our team at SDT Molecular Pte. Ltd. in Singapore. This full-time role is responsible for providing expert-level technical support and training to our clients, ensuring they get the most out of our cutting-edge **molecular diagnostics solutions.**

**What you'll be doing**
- Deliver comprehensive product training and technical support to customers, helping them optimise the use of our reagents, instruments and software
- Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot any issues they may encounter in a timely and efficient manner
- Conduct onsite visits to provide hands-on support and guidance to customers as needed
- Work with suppliers to promote IVD products through workshops, seminars and exhibitions
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in molecular diagnostics technology and industry regulations

**What we're looking for**
- Strong understanding of molecular biology techniques and instrumentation, including real-time PCR, next-generation sequencing and liquid handling system
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to a diverse range of customers
- Problem-solving mindset and the ability to think critically to identify and resolve customer issues
- Willingness to travel within the region to provide onsite support and training as needed
- Master or Bachelor Degree in Biomedical Sciences or related studies
