As an IT Application Head at Sir H. N. Reliance Foundation Hospital, your role will involve managing the implementation, configuration, upgrades, and maintenance of various enterprise software applications crucial to the healthcare sector. With over 12 years of experience in IT application management, preferably in the healthcare industry, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation and support of essential applications such as HIS, EMR, ERP, PACS, LIS, RIS, pharmacy, and lab systems.Your responsibilities will include coordinating with internal teams and software vendors to guarantee the seamless functioning of all business-critical applications. By tracking application performance, resolving issues proactively, and ensuring business continuity, you will contribute significantly to the hospital's operational efficiency.Collaboration with departments like operations, finance, nursing, diagnostics, and administration will be essential to understand user needs and align applications with business requirements. You will conduct training sessions, provide user support, and create documentation to facilitate the adoption and effective use of applications.In addition to project management tasks such as planning IT application projects, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring project deliverables within timelines and budgets, you will also focus on compliance, data integrity, and security. Your role will involve maintaining system compliance with data protection regulations, audit requirements, and internal IT policies while working closely with the data and analytics team to ensure structured and reliable application data for reporting and analysis.Moreover, you will identify opportunities for digital transformation, automation, and process improvement across departments by evaluating new technology solutions and leading application optimization initiatives. Your strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, will be crucial in managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously in a dynamic, high-paced hospital environment.If you are an experienced IT professional with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline, along with relevant certifications in project management or ITIL, we invite you to join our team at Sir H.
