Head IT Application Specialist Sir H.N. Reliance Foundation Hospital & Research Centre
As an IT Application Head at Sir H. N. Reliance Foundation Hospital, you will play a crucial role in managing the implementation, configuration, upgrades, and maintenance of various enterprise software applications including HIS, EMR, ERP, PACS, LIS, RIS, pharmacy, and lab systems. Your responsibilities will involve coordinating with internal teams and software vendors to ensure the smooth operation and support of all business-critical applications. It will be essential to track application performance, resolve issues proactively, and guarantee business continuity.Collaboration with different departments such as operations, finance, nursing, diagnostics, and administration will be imperative to understand user needs and ensure that applications meet business requirements. You will be facilitating training sessions, providing user support, and driving adoption and effective use of applications. Additionally, creating user manuals, SOPs, and documentation for internal reference and compliance will be part of your responsibilities.Your role will also include planning and managing IT application projects, managing relationships with software vendors, tracking project deliverables, timelines, risks, and budgets, and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations, audit requirements, and internal IT policies. Working with the data and analytics team to ensure application data is structured, reliable, and accessible for reporting and analysis is essential.Identifying opportunities for digital transformation and automation, evaluating new technology solutions, and leading application optimization initiatives to streamline workflows and improve user experience will be key aspects of your role. You will need to possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously, a proactive and quality-focused approach, and flexibility to work in a dynamic, high-paced hospital environment.,
