To encourage broad participation across the banking industry, Partior will be actively engaging leading banks to join the platform to establish the scale required to benefit the industry.

**Key Professional Requirements**
- Strong technical knowledge and experience in Microsoft/Google technologies (Active Directory, Google Workspace, SSO, GPO, Intune, Device management etc.)
- Experience with technologies Atlassian (Jira/confluence), Freshservice, PagerDuty, ServiceNow or similar products.
- Demonstrate ownership of Level-3 end-user support issues, while working closely with Level 1 & 2, internal teams, and 3rd party vendor support.
- 5 years of relevant industry experience in End User Services
- Ability to work independently without intensive oversight.
- Proficient in a scripting language.

**Preferred Requirements**:

- Cloud experience and certification
- Zero Trust network experience (BeyondCorp)
- Experience in working with VDI’s and integration with End User products
- CompTIA A+ or other IT certification is advantageous.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop automated processes and system deployment scripts to reduce redundant and manual day-to-day activities.
- Establish automated workflows for user onboarding, and access management, whilst helping build a service catalogue, with a goal to make everything self-service.
- Deployment and maintenance of end-user security tools & policies, including, patch management, software packaging (Windows/Mac/Chromebooks)
- Responds to and diagnoses problems through discussion with helpdesk support/users, including troubleshooting, fault rectification and problem escalation.
- Special responsibility for:

- Automating the end-to-end process of configuring laptops and installing software to provide one-button deployment for the Helpdesk team.
- Participate in system design, consulting, and security best practices with platform services engineering.
- Helping build the culture of like-minded technologists & professionals looking to disrupt the market.

- Hands-on; willing and able to assist with ad-hoc requests from other teams.
- Has learning agility to keep abreast of the latest technology.
- Team player and works well in a team that values open communication.
