The **Assistant Operations Manager **plays a crucial role in supporting the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the retail business operations.

You will
- Set weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales and service standard targets, and lead the front-line sales staff to achieve them
- Manage in-store operations in retail stores and department counters, that include but not limited to - staffing, sales training, inventory and warehouse management, restocking, renovation and visual merchandising, logistics and sourcing, customer service, order fulfilment
- Liaise with retail operations team and department store buyers on a regular basis
- Assist in hiring and training front-line sales staff with the goal to provide the best service standard in the industry while helping the sales staff achieve their highest potential and satisfaction in the job
- Actively identify and solve any issues in store and people operations in a timely manner
- Plan and manage in-store marketing events based on yearly campaign calendar
- Take charge of online operations that include but not limited to online partnerships, campaign planning, order fulfilment
- Source and lead business partnerships to expand our sales channels and increase our brand awareness

- At least 3 years proven experience in retail operations or a similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Passionate about customer experience with a positive outlook
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment
- Enjoy helping others and enjoy learning new things
- Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Knowledge of safety and security protocols in a retail environment

**Career Path**

Successful performance in this role can lead to promotion opportunities, such as Operations Manager or other higher-level management positions within the retail business.
