Assistant Manager, Future Operations

You will assist/support the team lead in anticipatory problem framing, concept development and operational planning, identify and establish cardinal mission parameters for Operational Sense-making and Deep-dive concept development studies, as well as undertake co-ordination/collaboration efforts with internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate and streamline Healthier SG and Age Well SG operations so that any new policies, information, and systems can be disseminated and implemented seamlessly
- Coordinate meetings and engagement with internal and external stakeholders for policy consultation and co-development
- Assist stakeholders to develop and implement processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for operational readiness and recommend operation measures to improve operational outcome
- Update and streamline the workflow of internal stakeholders and improve efficiency and effectiveness of Healthier SG and Age Well SG operations with external workflow for emergency preparedness and response in an ever-changing environment
- Ensure that contingency plans are developed and updated in alignment to the prevailing policy and existing workflows
- Prepare the required management reports for routine and ad-hoc reporting
- Develop and produce the team’s analysis/study products, as well as present these at relevant fora for discussion and decision-making
- Analyse reports drafted by other departments to assess the impact and make recommendations on the way forward
**Job Requirements**
- Degree in any discipline, preferably in the Healthcare or Community Care industry with at least 3 - 4 years of related working experiences in strategic planning or policy
- Possess strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to take perspective and think at least one level up (higher-order) and one-level down (lower-order) in a given situation
- Good project management skills and process driven mindset
- Responsive and adaptive to dynamic working environment
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint is a must
- Good written and verbal communication skills and attention to details
- Ability to create and maintain collaborative work relationship with internal and external stakeholders
- Confident and comfortable to work with all levels of internal and external stakeholders
