**Regional Marketing Manager, Digital Solutions APAC**

The Regional Marketing Manager, Digital Solutions APAC is responsible to define the regional Digital Solutions Business marketing strategy and own the regional brand plan, closely aligned with the global Digital Solutions Business brand plan. He/She will also coordinate regional product launch activities in close collaboration with other local and global Bayer teams and lead and integrate regional marketing initiatives (e.g., events, digital, PR) as well as go-to-market strategies in close collaboration with other local and global Bayer team.

**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Lead and implement segmentation, targeting, channel and marketing mix strategy taking into consideration regional and local market as well as customer needs
- Lead and integrate the regional brand digital presence (e.g., SEO, PPC, E-Mail, Social, etc.) and content marketing strategy
- Proactively assess brand performance and marketing activities and takes follow-up, measurables actions
- Work closely with the Head of Digital Solutions APAC, Sales and Product Management teams to inform the product roadmap
- Build strong relationships and networks with customers, patients, HCPs and other key partners to design clear value propositions by in-depth knowledge and understanding of their needs

**WHO YOU ARE**:

- Master’s Degree in Science/Business or equivalent
- Long-term work experience with successful track record within local/regional/global marketing and in the HealthCare domain
- Strong business acumen and experience in technology marketing (SaaS, IT or Tech Products)
- Experience using automation and analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Social, Analytics)
- Solid understanding of modern (digital) marketing techniques (e.g., web, SEO, PPC, E-Mail, Social, etc.)
- Excellent leadership, communication and inter-personal skills to lead cross-functional, multi-cultural teams
- Hands-on mentality, self-motivation, team-player attitude, detail-orientation and results-driven mindset
- Demonstrable ability to create excitement, both internally and Qualification & Competencies: externally and a positive forward-looking mindset
