Singapore GYLET LIFT (M&S) PRIVATE LIMITED Full time

To handle and negotiate with customers on terms of maintenance quotations and contract.
- To handle customers’ complaints, evaluate their requirements and to protect company’s reputation and profitability.
- To provide technical advice and recommendation to enhance lift safety and control system of lift operation.
- To carry out site inspection in order to propose quotation for lift modernization, lift upgrading and repairing/replacing to the client and consultant.
- To allocate manpower to start minor repair work orders within a week upon work order confirmation, and to ensure major repair work orders are arranged within stipulated lead time.
- To monitor part repair and replacement to ensure that repair work is fully completed without defects.
- To manage no load test and full load test schedule to obtain PTO on time.
- To ensure pre-checks are arranged in preparation of BCA audit such that no fines will be imposed onto the company.
- To monitor the monthly servicing checklist, lift breakdown report and part replacement. More than 3 breakdowns, to ensure action is taken to resolve the problem.
- Manage maintenance technicians’ work and administer paperwork and check lists to conform towards BCA guidelines.
- To ensure technical and safety training is conducted for technicians on a monthly basis.
- To ensure all materials, work programme are issued before the start of each site and progress at site are closely monitored including any overtime work to ensure timely completion according to work schedule.
- To perform peer appraisal and set targets in the company. To enforce team's punctuality, neat appearance, professionalism and to maintain good customer feedback and obtain good commendation letters from customers.
- All correspondences are to be filed in accordance to the ISO procedures.
- Ensure to manage: quality, safety, budgetary, people, customer and service delivery.
- You are expected to carry out the duties as assigned to you from time to time by the Management.
