**Job Summary**:
Responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities within the facility to ensure equipment, machinery, and systems operate efficiently and safely.

This includes developing preventive maintenance plans, managing maintenance staff, troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

**Responsibilities：**
- Plans, organizes, coordinates, and oversees upkeep, maintenance, and cleanliness of the company’s buildings, facilities, and machinery.
- Works within budgetary and compliance parameters to ensure upkeep of building facilities and machinery.
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs for electrical, mechanical, and production systems.
- Monitor and manage maintenance budgets & spare parts inventory.
- Ensures legal compliance with governmental requirements.
- Ensures relevant maintenance strategies as well as industry best practices are applied to the activities for maintenance/modifications for plant equipment to achieve the reliability and availability of plant equipment consistently.
- Works with other subsidiary companies on technology transfers to raise maintenance performance standards.
- Manages and coaches Maintenance team members.
- Plan for team progression and advancement.
- Plans and manages plant shutdown maintenance.
- Assesses and reviews contractors’ performance and timesheets.
- Undertakes special assignments or projects as directed by management.

**QEHS Responsibility**

Implements and abides by requirements set out in the Company’s Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety Management System, ISO and OHSAS standards, and applicable legal and other requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and government agencies relating to the building maintenance and the renewal of licenses for all major equipment and installations in the premises.
- Supervise and verify that all jobs done by contractors comply with specifications, authorities' requirements, and regulations.
- Responsible for the health and safety

**Requirements**:

- Degree in an Engineering discipline.
- Knowledge about the maintenance of mechanical plant equipment, electrical, and facilities.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, PLCs, motors, conveyors, and industrial automation.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015,14001:2015 & 45001:2018.
- Experiences in the chemical or manufacturing industry would be an advantage.
- Team player, results-oriented, self-motivated, and resourceful.
- Good interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills.
