**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in coordinating and tracking tasks and projects within the department. Monitor task assignments, deadlines, and project milestones to ensure projects stay on track.
- Assist in drafting and formatting department related documents, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets, tracking their usage, maintenance, and depreciation. Regularly update asset records.
- Efficiently schedule and coordinate the use of resources such as meeting rooms, equipment, and software licenses.
- Maintain a comprehensive and organized repository of department wide documentation, including policies, procedures, and user guides.
- Serve as a first point of contact for internal IT-related inquiries from engineers, providing assistance or redirecting them to the appropriate personnel for support.
- Assist in distributing department wide communications and updates to engineers to ensure clarity and transparency.
- Assist in department wide procurement process, ensuring timely acquisition and cost-effectiveness.
- Assist in managing the financial aspects of the department, including tracking budgets, expenses, and financial reports. Collaborate with the finance team to support budget planning and monitoring.
- Assist with expense reporting by maintaining accurate records of expenses incurred during business travel or other work-related activities. Ensure expenses are accurately documented and submitted for reimbursement.
- Assist in making travel arrangements for engineers attending conferences, seminars, or business meetings. Coordinate flights, accommodations, and transportation, and ensure all travel-related documentation is in order.
- Assist in organizing social and team-building events for the department to foster a positive work environment. Plan and coordinate events that promote team cohesion and morale.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information technology, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in an administrative or support role, with exposure to IT functions.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with IT procurement processes and inventory management.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced IT environment. *- Experience in IT Industry is preferred.
