**Roles & Responsibilities**

**Account Assistant, Admin [5 days work week]**
- Monthly Salary range from $2100 - $2500
- Assist in the quotation, invoices, sales orders in ERP System
- Maintain an accurate and weekly/ monthly aging status report.
- Interact with corporate customers and in various AR-related reports
- Follow up a collection and liaise with customers on payment matters.
- Sending monthly e-SOA statements and reminder letters.
- Assist in the day to day administrative/ operations support

**Job Requirements**:

- Min Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
- Min 2 years of relevant working experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
