**Summary**

We are looking for a senior level, talented and experienced designer to join our team.

You will be responsible to develop visual concepts and design systems for brands derived from brand strategy. You will work closely with our teams of creatives and strategist to create engaging exciting brands.

If you take this role, we’d like for you to be experienced in developing creative concepts for brands and have a good grasp for brand strategy and a keen eye for good design.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines across all touchpoints.
- Work with Brand strategists and Copywriters in creating Brand Guidelines.
- Collaborate with external vendors in creating design contents and templates across various touchpoints.
- Able to work independently with stakeholders to manage the end-to-end design process from concept to implementation.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Requirements**:

- 4-5 years of experience in design for brand, a plus if in a brand agency.
- Excellent skills in graphic design, typography, colour theory, and composition.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, innovation, and attention to detail.
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strategic and thoughtful in the approach to design and branding.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to prioritise tasks, work independently, and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience in video and animation design is a plus.
- Proficiency in English language.
- Passionate about designing for business results.
- A people person who enjoys the interaction with partners in all functions and being a bridge between them with drive/high motivation and discipline.
- A curious mind who doesn’t shy away from disagreements but feels empowered to challenge everyone on the team and in support functions.
- Resourceful person who has one foot in idealism and one foot in reality - understanding that designs need to meet targets.
- Stays up to date with design trends and technologies to create innovative and effective designs.
- Hands-on in all aspects.
- A plus if you are used to presenting/pitching multi-touchpoint concepts to stakeholders or clients.

**Salary**: $4,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
