Singapore Micronbrane Medical Full time

Micronbrane Medical is a Taiwan-based biotech startup company developing and selling innovative reagents/consumables for microbiology research and clinical microbiology NGS test. We are looking for an experienced Marketing specialist to develop and implement effective marketing strategies that will help drive our company’s growth and increase brand awareness.

**Responsibilities**:

- Working closely with the team (CEO, BD/sales and RD) to translate R&D/clinical data into clear marketing messages;
- Create and manage marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, and events;
- Collaborate with sales, product development, and customer service teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels;
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to meet goals.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or industrial experience in microbiology, molecular biology or a related field; Knowledge in next generation sequencing is a plus
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of success
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices
- Excellent articulate marketing and scientific language capabilities (English);
- Ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to make informed decisions
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
