We are currently looking for a dynamic individual to Head our Energy & Performance Services (EPS) for ASEAN. Successful candidate will report to Head of Smart Infrastructure, Regional Solutions & Services, ASEAN. As a senior leader, you will manage the EPS team ensuring that strong customer relationships are created and maintained while driving the team to achieve their stated business goals. This role will require a deep understanding of energy (demand & Supply) business, market trends, customers' needs, and a passion to drive growth and performance. Duties & Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base. Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally. Responsible to develop and sell complex projects and corporate programs in the field of energy efficiency, optimization, and sustainability. Monitor market conditions, innovations, trends, and competitors' performance, pricing, and sales strategies to maximize competitive stance. Analyze sales data and related activities, customer accounts, competitive intelligence, and market trends. Develop strategic partnerships to scale the solution and implement account-based strategies to increase hit rate. Prepare sales forecasts and KPI reporting for use in financial forecasting, organizational planning, budget setting and strategic planning. Tracks opportunities on Salesforce to provide to qualify and provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development. Assist sales personnel with networking activities, marketing, customer meetings, proposal development and customer presentations to deliver outstanding customer value. Develop financing solutions (leasing contracts, "As a Service" contracts, third party investments, etc.) and the contracting of projects with or without Performance Guarantee. Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture and motivate team members. Work closely with Operations team to ensure projects are resourced during project development and implementation phases to assess risk and provide technical solutions that meet our customers’ needs. Network with other EPS country teams, as well as corporate headquarters, to increase knowledge of offerings, and create opportunities for employees to do the same. Engage with people across all levels internally and externally to support business development activities. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Bachelor's degree (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical or Chemical) from an accredited four-year college or university. Master’s degree will be ++. 15+ years’ experience in energy solutions business, with a high degree of technical competence and proficiency in energy management, distributed energy solutions, smart infrastructure, decarbonization and/or energy efficiency, and smart grid. Understand complicated technical dependencies as part of the solution and have the acumen to translate minor details into a C-level value proposition. Must have excellent abilities to innovate, convince, negotiate, and conclude contracts at the highest level of the company. Must have good knowledge and implementation experience in HVAC system and basic knowledge of the data center/green labs operations along with hand-on experience with the different sub-systems. Relevant certification (Siemens and/or external - CEM, Energy Auditor Certified or Accredited by AEE, SCEM, CMVP, PE, LEED AP etc.) will be ++. Strong analytical skills with sharp commercial and financial acumen. Good grasp of financial metrices would be preferred. Ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions. Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in deadline-driven work environment, attention to details, and ability to multitask will be ++. Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills for coaching sales staff and interfacing with customers. Ability to travel up to 50% of time.
