We are seeking an expert Clinical Trainer to provide top-notch clinical product and technical assistance and training to physicians, EP Lab Staff, and country clinical specialists on the effective and safe use of our products during case procedures within ASEAN.
">Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive training plans for new hires in respective countries
- Support cases (2D, 3D, Single Shot) with newly trained team members and ensure they handle cases safely and professionally while monitoring their clinical competencies for products relating to respective markets
- Identify learning needs of cath lab staff and conduct in-service sessions to improve their understanding in respective labs and countries
- Train customers and internal employees on the merits and proper clinical usage of our products through presentations and demonstrations to keep abreast with the latest product and technology developments for EP portfolio
- Partner with local teams to drive professional education programs to physicians where needed
- Organize, plan, and conduct trainings for new product/software launches in respective sites for both internal and external customers to drive adoption and utilization
- Provide initial and continuous practical and in-field training to EP new hires and junior team members specialists on EP portfolio, development process, products, and features, as well as procedures involving those products and features
- Follow up with new hires under your charge and track their progress in accordance with the development plan, adjusting it when necessary
- Identify learning gaps of mentees and develop follow-up action plans to bridge the gaps and improve their clinical skills and knowledge
- Be the lead to ensure clinical excellence of the country team by providing guidance to clinical specialists as needed
- Attends cases in labs of hospital accounts for case support and development efforts of our capital systems and their components
- Responds to customer needs and complaints regarding products and service by developing creative and feasible solutions or working with other related personnel to develop optimal solutions
- Serves as primary contact point for clinical support and arrangement in the areas of case coverage, troubleshooting for EP systems and catheters in the ASEAN region, to ensure franchise clinical excellence
- Embark on enrichment programs to upskill oneself to enhance personal performance
