**Creative Director**

The Creative Director (CD) will lead the creative team to develop creative Brand activation concepts for our clients. Reporting to the Director of activation, the CD will lay the strategic & creative foundation of the clients’ brand engagement campaigns with comprehensive insights on trends and opportunities to offer original and unique brand activation solutions to our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Creative thinker who generates ideas and solutions to deliver impactful experiences, to captivate audience and possibly viral and generate talkabout
- Play a key role in driving creative direction, strong creative concept development, design and proposal development
- Direct and lead the creative team in production of creative designs and supporting design/execution elements that are efficient and productive
- Push the creative boundaries and establish creative standards whilst ensuring that clients’ activation objectives are met
- Will be accountable for design and creative works revenue performance
- Support new business development
- Must be willing to travel to overseas for projects pitching and meetings, particularly China as we have an office in Shanghai

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5-6 years working in agencies with relevant work experience focused in events field/business, in similar/relevant position
- Relevant degree in the communications, marketing or design
- Energetic and creative disposition and pioneer ideations to existence through good team-play
- Good network with direct clients
