**Data and Analytics Business Manager, Asia Pacific (AP)**

**THE OPPORTUNITY**
Our marketing team is innovating how we understand the needs of our patients/caregivers and Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) in this digital and data world. Working cross functionally we are inventing new ways of communicating, interacting with our customers and patients, and measuring these experiences to drive continuous improvement and competitive advantage. We are in an ever-changing environment and ecosystem, and our company would like to take better and faster decisions based on data.
In this role, you will be supporting Head of Innovation and Data Enablement (IDEA), Asia Pacific to drive our key growth drivers by producing actionable insights from data that drive greater customer and market comprehension to inform launch brand strategies, help meet in-line brand growth objectives, and achieve improved customer engagement.
This position reports directly to the IDEA Head, as part of the Commercial and Marketing regional team. This position can be based in Singapore or any other market in AP.
**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
**Support the DnA Strategy**
- Support the realization of the Data & Analytics (D&A) transformation for Asia Pacific with focus on speed & simplicity in the now and transition to value-delivery in the near term
- Together with the IDEA head and a D&A cross-functional team, produce actionable insights and use cases from analytics, and identify and use data to influence commercial strategy and operations of the key growth areas
- Support the set-up of the AP/EM insights engine in Pune, India, under the ownership of global Insights, Analytics and Data organization
- Scaling-up use cases across the region where similar business challenges and questions arise
**Partner with the Business and Technical Teams**
- Working with commercial leads and cross functional teams in the region, marketing leads and business unit directors to define and translate objectives and business questions into analytical problems/business questions
- Ensure all markets have thorough data-driven solutions and decision making in place, in every part of the Market Strategy
- Working with the global IT, D&A, and Insights, Analytics, and Data teams on translation of the business questions into advanced and scalable analytical solutions and use cases that produce actionable insights
- Own the deployment of the Omnichannel (and other) dashboard for Asia Pacific and AP-markets as aligned with the above-region Centralized Marketing Operations strategy
- Monitors use case value delivery and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and reviews performance regularly with key stakeholders
**Support Capabilities and Talent development**
- Support the change and coach commercial teams across region and local to help drive adoption of ‘data-driven’ capabilities working with our Learning & Development team.
- Engage with the D&A communities via a monthly engagement forum to accelerate feedback, learning, and sharing
- Support the deployment of region-wide training programs
**WHAT YOU MUST HAVE**
We are seeking a collaborative, innovative, and adaptable leader who is capable of getting things done, able to influence peers and leaders, and accustomed to working in a dynamic region and within a matrix structure.
To be successful in this role, you will also have:
- Bachelor of Science (or equivalent) in Data Science, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, IT, MBA, or equivalent commercial experience and discipline
- Minimum of 5 years of experience (healthcare preferred) with relevant working knowledge delivering actionable analytical insights that drive positive business results
- Capability to communicate and collaborate across business and technical teams, with the empathy and sensitivity for data maturity differences and is able to rally teams to action and outcomes
- Strong project and people management skills to execute complex initiatives in a matrix structure and the capability to get things done in an ethical and compliant way
- Deep understanding of Asia Pacific markets.
