We are looking for a forward-looking and dynamic member to join us as an Associate/Senior Associate, HR & OD

**Essential Job Functions**

You will support several HR & OD transformation and digitalisation initiatives as our organisation is undergoing rapid change for the next lap of SCS’ growth. You will be involved in researching about the Future of Work/Workplaces so as to initiate projects to future-proof HR practices, leveraging cutting-edge technologies and developing forward-thinking policies and processes to enhance employee experience and organisational effectiveness. You will provide seamless HR & OD support in the following areas:
**1) Workforce Planning and Data Analytics**
- Utilise data analytics tools to analyse HR data and develop business insights for strategic decision-making. - Analyse and forecast workforce needs and capabilities for manpower optimisation and development.
- Create comprehensive workforce reports to guide organisational planning.

**2) HR Technology, Digitalisation and Process Automation**
- For Workday HR system, centrally manage HR & OD department’s customised service requests to vendor. Ensure accurate management of system security rights for all staff.
- Create, manage and/or maintain HR & OD department’s data storage sites (e.g. Sharepoint, Electronic Personnel File, Document Management System)
- Manage and maintain HR’s IT tools/chatbot including leading enhancements when necessary.
- Collaborate with IT team to ensure optimal functionality and user experience of HR technologies.
- Contribute to Knowledge Management and Future of Work/Workplaces projects.
- Identify opportunities for process automation to improve efficiency and accuracy.

**3) AI-Driven Talent Acquisition and Management**
- Explore, implement and oversee AI-powered solutions for recruitment, onboarding and talent management, etc
- Analyse the effectiveness of AI tools in improving hiring outcomes and employee retention, etc.

**4) Learning & Development**
- Identify skills gaps and organise targeted corporate training for staff.
- Sourcing for suitable service provider and execute L&D events such as staff orientation, training workshops, learning journeys, sharing sessions etc. It includes date scheduling, resource allocation, registration and participant communication etc.
- Work with in-house course developer to conceptualise and create engaging e-learning components like animation/quizzes/games to aid learning retention.
- Create and design EDMs to promote a learning culture.

**5) Staff Engagement**
- Plan and execute well-being initiatives to enhance staff well-being
- Support staff engagement activities such as feedback sessions.

**Requirements**:

- oriented individual who is passionate about HR & OD Transformation and the Future of Work. He/She must enjoy working with data and technology and able to effectively balance multiple projects while delivering high quality work. He/She must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and spoken).

Knowledge of design and data analytics softwares as well as learning management systems advantageous.
