**Guest Services Executive**

Salary : $2,800 - $3,000

Working hour : 44 Hours (5Days)

Location : Orchard

**Job Desciption**:

- Greet and welcome potential clients entering the sales gallery, offering a warm, friendly, and professional experience.
- Create a positive first impression by introducing the vacation club and explaining the concept and benefits.
- Engage with guests to understand their vacation preferences, travel habits, and interests to tailor the presentation and propose suitable vacation ownership solutions.
- Answer any questions, explain pricing structures, and provide clarity on membership options
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the process, addressing concerns, clarifying doubts, and overcoming objections in a professional and consultative manner.
- Track sales leads, provide reports on performance, and ensure that all necessary documents are accurately completed

**Requirements**:

- A Diploma or Degree in hospitality management, business, or a related field is often preferred.
- Previous experience in a customer service or hotel role (preferably in a luxury or 5-star environment) is highly valued.
- Clear, polite, and professional communication with guests and team members.
- Ensuring the smallest aspects of service are addressed to exceed guest expectations.
