**MANAGER FOR RESTAURANT GROUP (SINGAPORE)**
- Largest chain of Spanish tapas restaurants in Singapore, with 3 restaurants, more than 50 employees, more than 450,000 clients a year, certified by ICEX Restaurant of Spain and with cuisine faithful to its Spanish roots. A place with Spanish decoration that presents diners with a typically Spanish cuisine with the richness of authentic Spanish flavours._

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Schedule employees to ensure shifts have adequate coverage.
- Recruit, hire and train all restaurant staff.
- Maintain continuous training and develop training programs for teams.
- Streamline restaurant processes to improve customer experience.
- Prepare and evolve the food menu, following Spanish food standards.
- Prepare and maintain the wine list as well as the relationship with suppliers.
- Promote the restaurant.
- Handling customer complaints.
- Oversee restaurant finances, including sales and expenses.
- Control the P&L of the company and the achievement of set objectives.
- Understand and have a working knowledge of company invoice tracking, labor tracking, scheduling, food cost management, labor cost management, inventory control.
- Complete the necessary documentation, such as sales reports, inventory and staff assistance.
- This position requires working in restaurants helping managers to execute services.
- Perform other duties as directed.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Leadership to guide and inspire staff.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage the budget effectively and maintain the profitability of the restaurant.
- Previous experience as a Chef would be an ideal but not essential requirement.
- Analytical skills to interpret reports and make decisions based on data.
- Customer service and interpersonal skills to create positive relationships.
- Strong knowledge of Spanish cuisine.
- Minimum experience of 6 years as Restaurant Manager.
- Ability to use Word, Excel and PowerPoint programs, appropriate Point of Sale (POS) systems and any other required operating machines (ie kitchen machinery).
- High level of English (all work is carried out in English).
