
Retail Development Admin Assistant

As a Retail Development Admin Assistant at Challenger Technology Limited, you will be responsible for supporting and assisting HOD in leasing and facilities admin matters. The role requires you to coordinate retail projects, liaise with vendors and clients, and ensure policy compliance. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and office software proficiency are essential for facilitating communication and logistics. This position will be reporting to the Head of Retail Management Services.
- Working days: Monday - Fridays Working hours: 9 AM - 6.30 PM
**Responsibilities**:
- Support the HOD in all leasing and facilities administrative matters
- Keep track and compile monthly invoices and prepare reports
- Source for quotations from contractors for maintenance or repair or A&A works
- Prepare POs and keep track of delivery statuses
- Record and maintain accurate archive of lease documents, POs, invoices and permits
- Liaise with building managements for store administrative matters Any other duties as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Diploma in Business or related disciplines
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Meticulous and well organized team player who is able to work independently
- Relevant working experience, preferably in similar position with other retailers or real estate firms
